Rosenberg Orthopedic Lab as the provider. R.J. Rosenberg is contracted with most insurance plans, including but not limited to Medicare, all Medicaid plans, Anthem, Humana, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna.

Usually the only payment required is your deductible, if not met, and any co-insurance portion that may be due.
